So, what say you about the rumor that you are dead?

Answer:
I say that I’m still very much alive and you can take it
from a “battle-scarred warrior” (a stubborn one I guess) that I
don’t plan on dying anytime soon. I’m 75 years young this year
and I manage to put in about 10 to 12 hours a day weaving
cinches. I love every minute of it. If God be willing, I plan on
being around for many years to come.

What about your bits and spurs?

Answer:
I may someday have the opportunity to re-introduce some of
my line of “ROY” bits and spurs. I still have my original
designs plus approximately 36 new designs that I have been
working on over the past decade or so. I feel about my bits and
spurs like I have felt (from time to time) about a favorite
horse or dog. It’s hard to put ‘em down when the time comes, but
you just do it and move
on.
